The fireworks show is held every July 4th at 9:15 p.m.

The Fourth of July firework display at Lake Jacksonville is a much-anticipated annual event which draws crowds from all over East Texas and has become a tradition on Lake Jacksonville. More than a hundred boats fill the lake area under the spectacular firework display while on-lookers line the shores.

The Lake Jacksonville Association sponsors the July 4th Fireworks show which is the center piece of other July 4th events and activities around the lake.

Check with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce or local Jacksonville Daily Progress newspaper for details on these activities.

The fireworks are funded entirely by LJA membership donations and gifts from local businesses and individuals. We wish to thank all those who have generously donated to make this event such a success.
